二、申请人的资格要求：

参与的供应商（联合体）工程的施工单位全部为符合政策要求的中小企业。
3.本项目的特定资格要求：
合同包1(2022年维修采购（三标段）)特定资格要求如下:
(1)1.具备有效的建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上（含三级）资质证书及安全生产许可证。 2.项目经理1人，需具备建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师资格及安全生产考核合格证； 技术负责人1人，安全员1人。注：技术负责人需具备岗位证书在有效期内的可正常使用或具备中级及以上职称证书；安全员需具有有效的安全生产考核合格证书（中标后核验）。 其他人员待中标后必须根据国家相关规定进行配备。
(2) 项目机构成员须为本单位在职员工，提供为本项目项目机构所有成员缴纳基本养老保险的承诺书（如是退休人员，需在承诺中说明），格式自拟，加盖供应商公章。
(3)法定代表人资格证明书（法定代表人参会时提供）。法定代表人资格证明书必须使用本文件规 定格式，否则磋商无效。法定代表人授权委托书（法定代表人未参会时提供）。如参会代表不 是法定代表人的，须附有授权委托书。法定代表人授权委托书必须使用本文件规定格式，否则 磋商无效
(4)法定代表人身份证及授权代表身份证。
(5)投标单位在中华人民共和国境内不得有失信、围标串标、弄虚作假等违法行为，供应商自行提 供承诺书，否则按废标处理。
